  • Custom-made or personalized furniture is not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
